How you’ll spend your day

As a senior manager facilities and services, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various soft services within our facilities. This includes cleaning, transportation, catering, pest control, site visibility, budget control, and space management. Additionally, you will lead all Facilities Management (FM) projects, both soft and hard services, and ensure the implementation of relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in collaboration with the global facilities management organization.

    • Develop and implement strategies to maintain high standards of soft services.
    • Coordinate cleaning, transportation, catering, pest control, site visibility, and space management activities.
    • Control budgets associated with soft services to ensure cost-effectiveness.
    • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all soft services.
    • Create and maintain a departmental dashboard to provide a clear overview of current tasks and performance metrics.
    • Oversee all FM projects, including both soft and hard services.
    • Maintain service level agreements with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Foster a service-oriented culture among employees to ensure high-quality service delivery.
    • Work closely with the global facilities management organization to implement relevant SOPs and best practices.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management or in a similar field
  • Proven management experience, particularly in profit management and project management within facilities management.
  • High proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong service orientation with a focus on delivering high-quality services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
