Our Team, Your Impact

We're looking for a strategic partner who shares responsibility for strategy execution, ensuring alignment across all units with a strong focus on innovation and business outcomes.
The role includes defining clear performance metrics, leading critical cross‑organizational initiatives, and mobilizing teams to deliver impact.
This person will also serve as a key advisor on major business challenges.

As part of this, he/she will accelerate processes and assume part of my responsibilities to execute efficiently and quickly.

He/she will also lead several significant initiatives, such as evaluating and implementing the South Africa model, and transferring molecules from Kfar Saba to local manufacturers under the NYX initiative

How You’ll Spend Your Day

1. Strategic Implementation & Execution

  • Translate Strategy into actionable goals at business unit level
  • Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning processes
  • Synchronize across all business units + innovation unit and country GMs          

2. Performance Management & Metrics

  • Build and maintain dashboard based on BI-AI
  • Track critical KPIs and ensure goal achievement
  • Early identification of gaps and initiate corrective actions

3. Strategic Project Management

  • Lead cross-functional projects and enterprise-wide initiatives such as BI ai initiatives, KS products "divestment", challenging ZA business model
  • Manage internal/external PMO for critical projects

Your Skills and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required (Engineering/Business Administration/Economics), MBA - advantage
  • Experience: 8-12 years, including:
      • 3-5 years in senior management roles (not necessarily people management)
      • Experience in pharma/medical/Life Sciences industry - significant advantage but not critical
      • Experience in multinational company
      • Background in strategic consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte) – significant advantage
  • Hard Skills:

      • Strategic thinking and high-level business analysis capabilities
      • Full command of BI tools and data analysis
      • Complex project management
      • Deep understanding of business processes
      • Native-level English - required
