How You’ll Spend Your Day

 

  • Overseeing all quality aspects of local IL CMO manufacturing activities
  • Leading and approving all Tech Transfer quality activities, including validations, MBRs, feasibility studies and method development 
  • Acting as the primary QA representative toward the Israeli MOH for inspections, quality incidents and recalls 
  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and quality oversight for products manufactured by local CMO and marketed in Israel 
  • Managing local QP release and EU/IL‑compliant release of imported medicinal products 
  • Reviewing COA/COC and batch records for local and imported products, including first imported batches and biologics documentation to MOH 
  • Performing or coordinating audits, ad hoc visits, and participating in GMP/GDP authority inspections at CMO sites
  • Handling deviations, defining CAPAs, and managing change controls for local CMO products
  • Supporting complaint investigations and coordinating recalls across cross‑functional teams and with EU QP when needed 
  • Maintaining quality documentation, monthly metrics, PQR oversight, and ensuring all QA systems operate effectively 
  • Collaborating closely with local QA, RA, PV, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain, and CMO quality teams

Your Skills and Experience

  • Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Business, Healthcare, or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Quality Manager/QP in a pharmaceutical company or importer/distributor (4+ years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with PIC/S GMP, GDP, and Israeli regulatory requirements
  • Deep understanding of pharmaceutical quality compliance and CMO oversight processes
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical import and distribution operations
  • Full fluency in English, with excellent communication skills across all organizational levels and with health authorities 
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional partners and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership capability and ability to manage staff when required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and modern digital tools
