How you’ll spend your day

  • Position Teva as a leading, responsible company in the Israeli industry and ecosystem
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for Teva's Corporate Affairs to strengthen and maintain the company's reputation in Israel.
  • Proactive and consistent relationship development with key government stakeholders in Israel to advance Teva business and reputational objectives and act as a key representative of Teva in engagements with government officials, ecosystem leaders, and strategic partners.
  • Lead ecosystem outreach with key stakeholders in Israel
  • Ensure and execute focused and effective internal and external communication strategies in Israel.
  • Consistent monitoring for value creation opportunities and early-warning risk mitigation
  • Support the CEO and Teva's Leadership team in Israel's commercial organization with external affairs public sector, associations, health funds, doctors' associations and MOH
  • Report to Teva Israel CEO and matrix to head of regional (international markets) Corp. affairs
  • Collaborate closely with Israel business functions and HR lead in Israel.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in government affairs and  communications in Israel, with a deep understanding of the local societal, economic, and policy landscape.
  • Deep experience  with the health care system environment in Israel: Hospitals, health funds, private health organizations
  • Track record of managing significant strategic initiatives at a national level.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, diplomatic proficiency, and the ability to build peer-to-peer relationships.
  • Proficient in project management.
  • Fluency in both English and Hebrew.
  • Previous corporate experience preferred .
