The opportunity

We’re looking for a Tech Analyst to help identify, assess, and bring in the technologies that can reshape how Teva operates, develops, and delivers healthcare. How you’ll spend your day

•    Conduct in-depth scouting and evaluation of startups, emerging technologies, and pharma innovations globally.
•    Analyze technological trends across biopharma, diagnostics, digital therapeutics, AI/ML, and beyond.
•    Support deal flow processes by assessing technical feasibility, market potential, and strategic fit.
•    Develop technology briefs and landscape reports to support innovation strategy and decision-making.
•    Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, BD, regulatory, and commercial teams to align innovation with Teva’s core capabilities.
•    Maintain databases and dashboards of innovation opportunities and partnerships.

Your experience and qualifications

•    B.Sc. or higher in Life Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. A combination of tech and life sciences is highly desirable.
•    2–5 years of experience in a similar tech/innovation analyst role (healthtech, VC, consulting, pharma, or startup ecosystem).
•    Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for emerging tech and early-stage ventures.
•    Excellent communication and presentation abilities, both verbal and written.
•    A collaborative mindset with curiosity, initiative, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
•    Fluent in Hebrew and English.
