How You’ll Spend Your Day

ERP Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead the ERP domain, with primary focus on Finance and Sales & Marketing modules
  • Own the implementation of a new greenfield ERP project, from design through go-live and stabilization
  • Drive solution architecture, system integration, and data consistency across commercial platforms
  • Ensure ERP solutions align with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and IT standards
  • Collaborate with WMS / WCS, BI and Integration teams to deliver a multidisciplinary business solutions
  • Own and manage Sales Force applications supporting commercial operations

 

 Team Management & People Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of ERP developers and business analysts
  • Set clear objectives, priorities, and delivery plans for the team while promoting best practices and knowledge sharing
  • Collaborate with global and local IT teams, vendors, and system integrators

 

Stakeholder & Business Engagement

  • Act as the main IT partner for Commercial, Finance, Sales, and Marketing stakeholders
  • Translate business requirements into scalable and efficient IT solutions
  • Lead governance, prioritization, and roadmap planning for commercial systems
  • Support business decision‑making through reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience leading IT or application teams
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in ERP delivery roles (development, or implementation)
  • Strong hands‑on experience with ERP systems and large‑scale implementations
  • Experience managing developers and business analysts
  • Solid understanding of commercial, finance and logistic business processes
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI and Qlik (reporting, analytics, adoption)
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with senior business stakeholders

Also Good to Have

  • Experience supporting Warehouse Management / Logistics / Supply Chain domains
  • Experience working in a global or matrix organization in regulated or enterprise-scale environments
