How you’ll spend your day

  • Develop and coordinate implementation of Digital transformation across all units. 
  • Initiate new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Deep understanding in brand management and customers loyalty programs.
  • Oversee structural management of digital platforms.
  • Management of marketing data structures and establishing analysis processes.
  • Develop Digital marketing strategy and KPIs by using advanced metrics to measure success. 
  • Create and support multi-channel marketing implementation at all levels.
  • Build data architecture in alignment with media, content and customer journeys.
  • Manage digital and marketing team and oversee ongoing planning and execution. 
  • Supporting BU heads and marketing teams.
  • Manage digital budget.
  • Plan and consult on digital media spend.
  • Work and coordinate with ad agency on strategic digital landscape.
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms

Your experience and qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing digital assets, social and implementing digital systems.
  • Proven experience in developing brand strategies and senior brand management
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role – advantage.
  • 3+ years of Experience in team management.
  • BA degree
  • High level English speaking
