How You’ll Spend Your Day
- Manage day-to-day customer accounts (Accounts Receivable)
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments, including collection of overdue balances
- Handle customer inquiries regarding invoices, credit notes, balances, and credit limits
- Perform ongoing review and reconciliation of customer ledgers
- Prepare collection reports, customer balance reports, and aging reports
- Work closely with internal departments including Sales, Customer Service, and Management
Your Skills and Experience
- Certified Bookkeeper (Type 1 & 2 required; Type 3 – an advantage)
- At least 3 years of experience working with multiple interfaces; experience in a global environment is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible, with the ability to manage processes efficiently
- English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) – an advantage
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Assertive with the ability to conduct effective collection conversations with customers
