Job Description

  • Organize and coordinate local medical activities and engagement with local & international professionals
  • Supporting team & HCPs at overseas activities
  • Management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executing complex and sensitive coordination
  • Managing County Medical Director's schedule & support Country Medical Director's local, Regional & Global activities
  • Compliance and Procurement
  • Managing and training of Teva's medical IT system (Medical information, promotional and non-promotional, compliance etc.)
  • Ad hoc support to Medical affairs department`s sub-units: Quality Assurance,  Regulatory Affairs, Patient Support, Pharmacovigilance and Market access- procurement and coordination of activities
  • Coordinating Donations Committee - product donation & educational grants requests and process
  • Managing medical department welfare activities such as departmental meetings, new employee assimilation etc. Organizing general social aspects for the department

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as a Healthcare Administrator, Medical Office Manager or relevant role
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations
  • Understanding of medical terminology
  • Experience with administrative and accounting procedures
  • Familiarity with databases and spreadsheets
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Communication skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • BA/BSc degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration,
  • Hebrew mother tongue, English as mother tongue.
