How you’ll spend your day

אנחנו מחפשים מתכנן/ת בהפצה לצוות ההפצה של סלא - תפקיד מרכזי וקריטי במערך הלוגיסטי שלנו.

המתכנן מהווה דמות מפתח במערך ההפצה אשר נדרש לראות את התמונה המלאה, לתאם בין מגוון ממשקים ולוודא שהכל קורה, בזמנים.

תכנון יומי של קווי חלוקה בהתאם לחלונות זמן, כמויות, משקלים ויעדים

טיפול בהובלות דחופות ובנהגים בשטח

אריזת מוניות, הוצאת דפי נהג ותעודות משלוח, מעקב אחר הזמנות

בקרה על קבלני הפצה- כניסה בשער, בקרה על סחורה, העמסה ושחרור נהגים

עבודה על מערכת ההפצה Roadnet וטיוב נתונים (כולל כתובות וקואורדינטות)

הקצאת מסלולים קבועים לנקודות הפצה והוצאת קבצים לממשקים שונים.

בירור הזמנות, הוכחות אספקה ושיבוצים מחדש

עבודה בסביבת עבודה דינמית מול ממשקים רבים

נכונות לעבודה במשמרות : בוקר 6-15, ערב 13-22 , לילה 22-6 ומוצ"ש

Your experience and qualifications

ניסיון בתכנון קווי חלוקה / הפצה - חובה.
ידע וניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות הפצה (Roadnet, BOSONOVA, WMS) - יתרון
שליטה מצוינת ב־Office (בדגש על Excel ו־Outlook).
יכולת עבודה תחת לחץ ובמקביל למספר משימות
דיוק, אחריות ויכולת תעדוף גבוהה
ניסיון בהעמסה על משאיות ושימוש במלגזה - יתרון
זמינות לעבודה במשמרות (כולל מוצ"ש וימי שישי לפי צורך).
