How You’ll Spend Your Day
התפקיד כולל אחריות כוללת על תחומי תפעול ושירות באתר, תוך עבודה מול ממשקים רבים ומתן שירות איכותי לעובדים ולספקים.
במסגרת התפקיד:
- רכש: הקמת הזמנות, ביצוע קבלות, עבודה מול ספקים וקשר שוטף עם מחלקת הנהלת חשבונות.
- הסעדה: ליווי פעילות חדר האוכל, ניהול תפריטים, טיפול בביקורות עובדים ופרסום פעילויות (כגון ימי שף).
- מחסן משק: ניהול מלאי ציוד משרדי ומתכלה, הזמנת פריטים כגון ביגוד, נעלי בטיחות וציוד עבודה.
- שירותי מזכירות אתר: מתן מענה לעובדי האתר בנושאי דואר, שליחויות והזמנת ציוד משרדי.
- תרופות עובדים: מסירת תרופות לעובדים ולפנסיונרים, תפעול מערכת הזמנות תרופות ועבודה מול גורמים חיצוניים רלוונטיים.
- נראות האתר: ביצוע סיורי שטח, עבודה מול ספקי שירות שונים וביצוע ביקורות בתחומים מגוונים.
Your Skills and Experience
- תודעת שירות גבוהה ויחסי אנוש מצוינים
- יכולת עבודה עצמאית וניהול משימות מרובות במקביל
- שליטה מלאה בתוכנות Office
- שליטה טובה בשפה האנגלית (קריאה, כתיבה ודיבור)
- ניסיון בעבודה אדמיניסטרטיבית / תפעולית – יתרון
Also Good to Have
- ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכות Oracle ו-SAP Ariba
- היכרות עם מערכות ניהול אחזקה (CAFM)
- ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים ורכש
