Enable and drive ethical business conduct through the effective implementation, and adherence to, Teva Compliance programs

Support Greater China strategic projects and provide compliance insights

Manage TPR risks and set up the robust compliance requirement
How you’ll spend your day
- Implement essential elements of Compliance program in Teva Greater China team
- Establish local SOPs based on corporate policies and guidelines, global principles and standards, applicable laws and regulations (including the industry code), as needed. Revise all local standards and policies on a timely basis
- Act as a subject matter expert and Compliance advisor regarding actual/potential compliance risks, as well as provide guidance to the business functions/departments and field-force regarding the defined compliance standards
- Provide regular trainings to relevant functions on global policies and local SOPs, and ensure completion of Global Compliance Training Program
- Perform activity risk-assessment, implement perform a Compliance monitoring plan. Regularly inform about monitoring results and ensure adequate and on-time remediation and action items
- Ensure full implementation of Global Compliance Policy on Due Diligence and Interactions with Third Party Representatives
- Ensure that all activities with HCPs/HCOs/GOs are submitted and reviewed via EngageMate in line with established Compliance clearance process
- Perform review/approval of promotional/non-promotional materials in Veeva in line with established SOPs
- Support Global Compliance initiatives, in particular successful completion of DPA, support investigations lead by OBI, etc.
- Conduct in-depth Due Diligence review and compliance checks prior to engaging high risk TPRs
- Carry out robust compliance control on CSO and monitor the process
- Support Global Internal Audit Team for audit projects
- Support Data Privacy execution
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor of Law, Finance, Auditing
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with, or exposure to, business functions such as compliance, Audit, Finance, legal
- 5+ years’ experience in Pharma industry preferred
- A global mind-set and cultural flexibility
- Proven ability to effectively build lasting relationships by demonstrating strong interpersonal and influencing skills throughout all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently and professionally
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking, and presentation skills
