How you’ll spend your day
Define product vision and strategy and achieve business goals
- Responsible for defining product vision and strategy by understanding customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Drive execution through product strategy to achieve business goals.
Conduct market research
- Conduce market research to identify customer needs and market trends, and to understand the competitive landscape.
- Collect customer needs and requirements, and drive Product iteration.
Make data-driven decisions
- Provide valuable suggestions through data-mining and comprehensive analysis.
- Collect and analyze data regularly for product operation strategy decision-making.
- Capable of making data-driven decisions based on customer feedback, usage data, and business metrics.
Execute project management
- Analyze the challenges and needs of strategic partners according to the company's strategy, and help innovate design and drive execution.
- Promote the development of core indicators by product operation strategy, and the actualization of operating indicators of operating projects.
- Comply with company code of conduct and SOP, pass internal/external audit.
- Control Expense within budget, comply with financial guidance.
Manage stakeholders involvement
- Responsible for managing stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and partners, to ensure the product meets their needs and expectations.
- Responsible for communicating product updates to internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Provide quality services to customers and stakeholders, establish good communication, improve satisfaction to achieve a win-win situation.
Your experience and qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above
- More than 8 years of operation and management experience in the cosmetics industry
- Strong planning, organization, implementation, and data analysis skills
- Strong Communication skills, teamwork spirit and good at analysis and management
- Good command of English expression, writing ability and computer operation skills; be able to skillfully use the Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Rich experience in project management, branding project design experience is preferred
- High business ethics and integrity
