Our Team, Your Impact
The role is responsible for managing external business partnerships, outsourced product portfolios, and strategic commercial alliances to support company growth. This role serves as a key liaison between internal cross‑functional teams and external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, effective governance, and alignment with corporate strategy. The position requires strong communication, analytical, and execution capabilities to drive value from partnerships and ensure operational excellence.
How you’ll spend your day
Alliance & Partnership Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, maintaining productive and collaborative relationships.
- Understand partners’ business needs, market environments, and operational challenges to support joint business goals.
- Oversee contractual obligations, monitor partner performance, and ensure compliance with agreed responsibilities.
- Coordinate alliance governance activities including regular review meetings, agenda development, meeting minutes, and action item follow up.
- Support contract amendments or supplemental agreements in collaboration with BD, Legal, and Finance teams.
Outsourced Portfolio & Commercial Operations
- Manage outsourced product portfolio operations and coordinate with outsourcing partners to ensure effective commercial execution.
- Facilitate communication between brand teams and partners to clarify strategy, deliver key messages, and bridge gaps in understanding.
- Ensure accurate product forecasting and coordinate with Finance and Supply Chain on performance tracking and incentive calculation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Lead coordination with internal stakeholders—including Commercial, Distribution, Medical, Legal, Finance, and Supply Chain—to align on partnership and operational decisions.
- Support internal preparation for partner interactions, ensuring teams are aligned and engagement is consistent and effective.
- Identify and escalate operational issues, proposing solutions and supporting timely resolution.
Business Development Support
- Contribute to evaluating new partnership opportunities through market analysis, financial assessment, and risk identification.
- Support the transition of new deals into ongoing alliance management, ensuring business continuity and smooth handover.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Track key KPIs for alliances and outsourced portfolio performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive corrective action plans.
- Provide regular updates on alliance status, risks, and mitigation plans to senior management.
- Maintain documentation and systems for partnership tracking and reporting in collaboration with relevant functions.
Your Skills and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in business, science, healthcare or related discipline required. Advanced degree (MBA/MS) is a plus.
• 5–8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably with exposure to commercial operations, alliance management, or business development.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams including Legal, Commercial and R&D.
• Knowledge of contract management and compliance requirements.
• Understanding of drug development and commercialization processes is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external stakeholders.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, with solid business acumen.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in MS Office tools required.
