The opportunity
The Sr. Director, Cluster Compliance Officer is responsible for developing and executing Teva’s Global Compliance & Ethics (“GC&E”) Program in LATAM and as Local Compliance Officer (LCO) for for his/her home country. The position will serve as a business partner and compliance advisor and will lead, drive, and manage all aspects of Teva’s global compliance program.
How you’ll spend your day
- Lead, drive, and manage all aspects of the LATAM compliance program, with a particular emphasis on:
- Code of Conduct
- Anti-corruption and anti-bribery
- Industry Codes
- Healthcare compliance
- Corporate compliance (privacy, conflicts of interest, trade sanctions, etc.)
Your experience and qualifications
- BA/BS required, education or background in Compliance, Legal, Accounting or other relevant field
- Significant experience in compliance related role
- Supervisory or people leadership experience
- Strong business acumen and extensive knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, e.g., Sales, Marketing, Market Access and related regulations
- Candidates with recognized certifications in Compliance (such as CO, ISO 37301, ISO 37001) and/or Data Privacy (such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT) will be highly valued
Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability in partnering with multiple business units and participating in cross-functional teams,
- Strong skills in leading without authority, and negotiating and managing through influence
- Demonstrate ability to take on large projects involving multiple stake holders, multi-task, and work independently
- Strategic mindset
- Strong English & Spanish language skills
