Job Description

Misión del Puesto

  1. Rentabilizar portfolio asignado (Líneas, Marcas, Productos) minimizando Costos e incrementando ventas.
  2. Definir y ejecutar   estrategias de Marketing y ventas para línea de productos asignados. (Controlar periódicamente el cumplimiento del plan de Marketing, campañas promocionales ,resultados y acciones correctivas)
  3. Buscar de manera consistente el desarrollo o incremento de ventas   de sus líneas ya sea por productos nuevos, Extensiones de línea o Acciones comerciales innovadoras (nuevas formas de promoción o alternativas de publicidad).
  4. Definir  forecast  anual de productos de su responsabilidad,  con seguimiento permanente plasmando el efecto de actividades que  impacten la demanda y/o tomando acciones correctivas.
  5. Capacitar  equipos locales y/o clientes en relación a marcas de su responsabilidad.

 

Principales Resultados y Responsabilidades del Puesto

  1. Compliance , Cero desviación respecto de las políticas corporativas y locales
  2. Cumplimiento en tiempo y forma de los entrenamientos corporativos.
  3. No tener desviación anual del presupuesto de gastos asignados y cumplir con Pagar en tiempo y forma los compromisos adquiridos.
  4. Cumplir con Presupuesto de venta, Margen bruto y  Market Share  de línea asignada.

Qualifications

  1. Estudios Universitarios (Ingeniero Comercial - Ingeniero Civil o Químico Farmacéutico) / Conocimientos de Marketing y rubro Farmacéutico.
  2. Experiencia al menos 5 años en una posición Marketing.
  3. Manejo idioma Ingles.
