The opportunity

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join our team on a maternity cover contract from November 2025 to September 2026.

To ensure the accurate supply of finished goods to the Danish market by managing the agreed portfolio with relevant stakeholders and proactively addressing issues related to production, excess stock, out-of-stocks, release, transportation, and distribution. This role requires alignment with commercial, portfolio, regulatory, quality, and customer service teams to meet demand and maintain agreed stock levels.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Plan supply and demand of finished goods using SAP ECC, Excel and internal systems.
  • Proactively manage minimum order quantities, safety stock levels, and lead times.
  • Ensure ongoing accuracy of portfolio forecasts and analyze excess and out-of-stock situations.
  • Maintain close communication with production sites and planners to align on future supply and minimize issues.
  • Weekly and monthly reporting to various stakeholders.
  • Manage the agreed product portfolio in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain master data.
  • Lead or participate in the monthly forecast process with relevant stakeholders and ensure data submission within deadlines.
  • Lead quarterly tender meetings with relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in monthly portfolio meetings for launch planning, product switches, and execution.
  • Participate in monthly Sales & Operation Planning (S&OP) meetings and follow up on actions.
  • Ensure cross-functional and cross-country alignment.
  • Track, report, and analyze key performance indicators such as inventory value, customer service levels, excess stock levels, and out-of-stock levels.
  • Handle ad-hoc supply chain-related tasks and provide backup/support for Customer Service.

Your experience and qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills
  • Experience with supply planning tools (SAP ECC, Excel)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies. This role is critical to ensuring the reliable supply of finished goods to the Danish market, maintaining optimal inventory levels, and supporting cross-functional alignment in a dynamic and regulated environment.
  • Skills: structured, capable of deep diving into planning processes, be able to manage day-to-day tasks such as responding to emails and coordinating with stakeholders
  • Oral and written fluency in English, another language represents an asset
