Our Team, Your Impact

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring that Teva Denmark maintains the highest standards of quality and compliance across all distribution activities for medicinal products and medical devices. You will support the deployment and operational execution of the Quality Management System (QMS), helping the organization meet regulatory expectations and uphold Teva’s internal standards. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across multiple functions, strengthen your expertise in GDP and quality assurance, and contribute directly to patient safety and supply chain integrity.

How You’ll Spend Your Day

  • Supporting and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure ongoing compliance with Teva policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinating and supporting training activities, including distribution of SOPs and other training materials.
  • Managing market release activities by verifying batch documentation and transport conditions and supporting the 3rd‑party logistics provider.
  • Registering quality complaints, coordinating investigations with manufacturing sites, and ensuring communication with complainants.
  • Handling activities related to euphoriant substances, including import and export certificates and regulatory compliance.
  • Supporting the correct handling of suspected falsified medicines and assisting with FMD alarm assessments.
  • Participating in self‑inspections and supporting implementation of corrective actions.
  • Helping administer, maintain, and develop systems for change controls, deviations, and CAPAs.
  • Verifying that suppliers, customers, and subcontractors have the proper authorizations and supporting maintenance of the approved lists.
  • Archiving quality documentation in accordance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Supporting inspection readiness and participating in external inspections and internal audits.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Pharmacist or relevant natural sciences education at bachelor or master level.
  • Experience within QA, a Danish pharmaceutical subsidiary, or a headquarters function (preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of GDP and basic understanding of GMP (preferred).
  • Proficiency with MS Office and commonly used software tools.
  • Fluent in English and Danish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work independently, show initiative, and manage timelines effectively.
  • Skilled in problem solving, information assessment, and identifying efficient solutions.
  • Strong collaborator with good interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships across all levels.
