Your responsibilities


As a Quality Anlayst you will take responsibility for Quality Assurance related activities according to the current guidelines on Good Distribution Practice of Medicinal Products for Human Use (GDP). 


You will also act as a Deputy to the Responsible Person (RP) approving any returns to saleable stock, deciding on the final disposition of returned, rejected, recalled or falsified products in cooperation with Teva global.


In this role you will:


  • Develop and maintain the Quality Management System for Teva Denmark. Keep QA SOPs updated and implement new ones as required. Help ensure compliance with cGDP, Teva Corporate Policies, Standards and Procedures and European SOPs. Evaluate the impact of existing national and international regulations on the quality management system.
  • Handle activities related to euphoriant substances and help ensure compliance with current regulations.
  • Ensure correct handling of release to saleable stock of finished products to the Danish market, performed by 3rd party DC, according to Teva procedures. 
  • Ensure that relevant customer complaints are dealt with effectively. Coordinate and promptly perform any recall operations for Teva’s products.
  • Help administer, develop and maintain the system of deviation, CAPA handling and change control.
  • Help ensure that Quality Agreements and Technical Agreements are in place and kept updated with all suppliers and contract acceptors as required and in coordination with Teva Europe.
  • Help ensure Inspection readiness. Participate at GDP inspections performed by the Danish Medicines Agency and Internal Audits. Participate in external audits, with respect to quality related matters, of distributors and other suppliers as needed, in cooperation with Teva Europe. Participate in Teva Europe Quality Councils.

Your profile


  • Pharmacist or Master/Bachelor level theoretical education in natural sciences 
  • Significant QA experience from a Danish pharmaceutical subsidiary and/or headquarter function
  • In-depth knowledge of Good Distribution Practice and basic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice
  • High level of personal drive and ability to deliver a high output when needed
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities 
  • Good planning and structuring abilities
  • Ability to be flexible and open to change
  • Good analytical skills
  • Impactful yet empathic team worker
  • Oral and written fluency in Danish & English
