Your role

The main purpose of the role as Quality analyst is to provide support to the business in quality matters related to distribution of medicinal products to market and maintaining the Quality Management System for Teva Denmark. As Quality Analyst you will be ensuring compliance with Teva Corporate Policies, Standards and Procedures, European SOPs according to cGDP regulations.  
This position will be located at Teva Denmark’s office in Søborg and no travelling is required. The role will support Teva’s Commerial Quality department in Denmark. This is 100% office-based role (= not a lab role). 

We offer a permanent contract.

 

Main responsibilities:
•    Handling customer complaints
•    Handling alerts regarding serialization 
•    Daily cooperation with warehouse and manufacturers regarding quality related matters
•    Contributing to compliance with Quality Management System and training in procedures
•    Participating in internal meetings and collaborating with colleagues in the quality organisation and in other departments in the company such as Regulatory Affairs, Pharmacovigilance, Supply Chain, other Teva sites. 
•    Handling import and export licenses related to distribution of euphoriant substances
•    Contributing to monthly reporting of metrics/KPI’s

Your profile

•    Pharmaceutical education (preferred) or other relevant theoretical education in life sciences
•    Experience in working in pharmacy is a plus 
•    Written and verbal proficiency in Danish and English language is required
•    A strong quality mindset
•    Good at simplifying and optimizing procedures
•    Proactive with problem-solving attitude 
•    A solid team player and capable of working independently
•    Ability to work in a fast-changing working environment
