A Day In The Life Of A Personal Assistant

In your role as a PA, you will provide an effective & confidential administrative support service to the Site General Manager and Senior Leadership Team.  In addition, you will coordinate the site administration function, in order to ensure it fully meets the needs of the organisation.  This is a superb opportunity to develop a long term career within Teva.  You will gain exposure to many other departments within the company in order fulfil your duties such as legal, procurement and the global business.  Although we are ideally seeking an individual with experience, recent graduates with some work experience who have a desire to develop a long term career are encouraged to apply.

 

Main responsibilities include: 

  • Checking the authenticity of documents, contracts and confidentiality agreements as well as site agreements before signature.
  • Manage and execute approvals for the Site General Manager.
  • Provide administrative support for the activities of the Site General Manager and Senior Leadership team.
  • Preparing, compiling and distribution of presentations and other documentation required as part of the Site General Manager’s meeting commitments.
  • Assisting with the delivery of site related projects and initiatives.
  • Follow-up on outstanding actions arising from group and site level meetings.
  • Preparation and distribution of site communications.

Who We Are Looking For

Do you have?

  • High proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • A strong working knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher) and SAP.
  • A degree level education.
  • Confidence and ability to work with Senior Stakeholders.
  • A high level of planning and organising skills, including the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.
  • Strong influencing, coaching and problem solving skills and the ability to use these to provide support for key stakeholders on critical tasks.
