At Teva Runcorn, we develop, manufacture and market innovative and affordable medicines, specialising in sterile liquid products mainly used for treating respiratory conditions using Blow-Fill-Seal technology as well as injectable Combination Products such as our MS treatment Copaxone.


We are also home to two R&D centres and a Sterile Training Academy— a centre of excellence within Teva for sterile manufacturing, safety and compliance training.

A Day In The Life Of A Manufacturing Admin Coordinator

To deliver a smooth end to end administrative service that supports the planning, scheduling, delivery and recording of training and KPI data. Management all archiving within the manufacturing department. And to provide administrative support to the manufacturing management team and SLT as required. Reporting into the Operations Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of training events for manufacturing team.

  • Responsible for the archiving of manufacturing and training documentation

  • Collation and reporting of the training KPIs across manufacturing department

  • Migrate training records to an electronic platform/database


This is a continental shift role, 6am-6pm working across 7 shifts over the course of a 2 week period.

Who We Are Looking For

Do You Have?

  • Graduate in a STEM subject or suitable career experience within Pharma or FMCG

  • A fluency in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Good working knowledge of database functionality

  • High level planning & organizing skills.


Are You?

  • Someone that can complete work with a limited degree of supervision.

  • Able to work effectively with peers and management to positively impact performance of the site.

  • A highly detail oriented thinker.

  • Able to understand and respect the importance of confidentiality and compliance.
