At Teva Runcorn, we develop, manufacture and market innovative and affordable medicines, specialising in sterile liquid products mainly used for treating respiratory conditions using Blow-Fill-Seal technology as well as injectable Combination Products such as our MS treatment Copaxone.


We are also home to two R&D centres and a Sterile Training Academy— a centre of excellence within Teva for sterile manufacturing, safety and compliance training.

A Day In The Life

We are currently recruiting for a Stores Coordinator to join the team in Runcorn working Monday – Friday 37.5hrs.

This is a skilled inventory management role within the Logistics department of one of the worlds largest pharmaceutical manufacturers.

The main duties will include taking receipt of incoming goods. Investigate any stock discrepancies in a timely manner following GMP processes. Review and update of any related standard operating procedures and processes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Take receipt of all incoming stores items

  • Initiate cycle count sessions to measure stock accuracy

  • Maintain housekeeping and compliance according to cGMP standards

  • Process all deliveries within timely manner in accordance with company processes

  • Ensure documentation is completed in real-time and filed accordingly to meet compliance requirements

  • Initiate and complete any quality investigations in a timely and efficient manner

  • Proactively ensure written processes are reviewed and updated to align with current best practice

  • Demonstrate initiative by initiating and leading improvement projects

Who We Are Looking For

Do you have?


  • Inventory management experience

  • Experience writing and updating standard operating procedures

  • Previous experience of working within a stores or other logistics role

  • Strong technical and problem solving skills that can be applied to the Pharmaceutical industry

  • Aptitude for data collection and analysis

  • Fork lift truck operator experience

  • A clean, valid driving licence

  • Working knowledge of SAP
