At Teva Runcorn, we develop, manufacture and market innovative and affordable medicines, specialising in sterile liquid products mainly used for treating respiratory conditions using Blow-Fill-Seal technology as well as injectable Combination Products such as our MS treatment Copaxone.

We are also home to two R&D centres and a Sterile Training Academy— a centre of excellence within Teva for sterile manufacturing, safety and compliance training.


We are currently recruiting a number of Logistics Specialists to join the team in Runcorn to work on a shift basis (6am – 6pm or 6pm – 6am).

A day in the life of a Logistics Specialist

This is a multi-function development role within the Logistics department of one of the worlds largest pharmaceutical manufacturers. You will learn your trade as an entry level Logistics Specialist responsible for ensuring our manufacturing facilities requirements are met by planning, picking and delivering materials to the production lines. Your ability to learn new skills will see you processing materials from goods receipt and ensuring they are moved efficiently through our quality inspection and release processes.  You will learn what it takes to successfully deliver critical pharmaceutical products worldwide by working within our despatch team. Competence in these key areas will mark only the beginning of you career within Teva Pharmaceuticals.

As you progress you will be responsible for continuously developing and improving the processes you have come to learn. Championing continuous improvement and staying up to date with industry best practice will be essential at this stage. You will develop and in some cases, master the art of investigations ensuring only the most robust corrective and preventative measures are implemented.


Key responsibilities:

  • Pick, replenish, load and store components/product to facilitate the production plan in BFS/PFS
  • Initiate cycle count sessions to measure stock accuracy
  • Maintain housekeeping and compliance according to cGMP standards
  • Process all deliveries within timely manner in accordance with company processes
  • Ensure documentation is completed in real-time and filed accordingly to meet compliance requirements
  • Act as a coach and mentor to less experienced colleagues
  • Initiate and complete any quality investigations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Proactively ensure written processes are reviewed and updated to align with current best practice
  • Demonstrate initiative by initiating and leading improvement projects

Who we are looking for

Do you have?

  • A degree in Management or Logistics desirable
  • Previous experience of working within a warehouse or progressive high-speed environment (although not essential).
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong technical and problem solving skills that can be applied to the Pharmaceutical industry
  • Aptitude for data collection and analysis

  • Keen to progress your career within the Pharmaceutical industry
  • A good communicator and self-starter with the ability to set and deliver high performance standards
