Job Description

We are currently recruiting a Training and Compliance Analyst to provide guidance and support to the site operational teams and off-site groups, ensuring the site capability building activity is embedded within the site training system and operated in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead the design, development and management of the site training system and associated GMP documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and corporate requirements. Supporting regulatory inspections as required.
  • To carry out ongoing monitoring of training systems, developing leading and lagging metrics to demonstrate the compliance of training across the site and reporting agreed metrics (KPIs) as required.
  • Act as Studium Business Administrator, responding to signals from e Quality Systems, such as Trackwise, Glorya etc to ensure training data remains accurate and current, supporting SAP as UK Training Coordinator ( IDM approval) and providing training in Studium functionality as required.
  • Generate, issue and manage training material within the Studium environment, ensuring site documentation standards and global learning requirements are maintained.
  • Responsible for all aspects of training event logistics
  • Support continuous improvement of the site training system ensuring industry and training best practices are assessed and included as appropriate.
  • Act as point of contact for Site Training Champions and those involved in delivering training activities, chairing meetings of the group and providing on-going training ensuring best practice and consistent application of training standards amongst the group.
  • Support activities within the Business Support Team as required.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Degree in a relevant subject
  • Significant experience of working within a pharmaceutical compliance arena including sound working knowledge of Quality Management Systems and GMP
  • Computer literate ( Word, Excel, Powerpoint) understanding of database functionality
  • Experience using Camtasia or similar editing software desirable
  • Able to communicate clearly both across the site and within the wider organisation
  • Able to influence others, work on own initiative and work to deadlines
  • Able to ensure maintenance of standards
