The Opportunity

Master Data is critical to ensuring correct product flow, transaction and costing and is one of the core challenges for the business. You'll be required to...

 

  • Proactively liaise/co-ordinate with all stakeholders for site master data (including MS&T,  Supply Chain, QC&S, Regulatory Affairs and Operations) to ensure that :-

    • Manufacturing Master Data for all products is correct and altered as required,
    • Data is provided to all departments (specifically Finance, MS&T, and Planning) to support costing reviews per SKU.
    • Provide oversight of master data and analysis
    • Initiate workflows to create and maintain master data in MDG
    • Maintain KPI’s for Master data maintenance
    • Advise on any gaps in data or the master data process and drive the site to close gaps to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all master data is completed in MES/SAP for manufacturing, filling and packing.
  • Ensure Master data is current for site manufacturing routes
  • Packing Matrices
  • Create master data master data aligned with timings necessary to support the introduction of New Products and material changes
  • Ensuring that all data is correct, identify, prevent and manage risks that may arising from the master data accuracy

Your Experience And Qualifications

  • Relevant degree or extensive experience in a similar role. This would include

    • SAP systems including SAP Enterprise master data   (MDG)

    • SAP S4 HANA

    • ABAP report writing

  • Quality systems, Regulatory process, Glorya, Trackwise/Veeva and other local processes as required.

  • Work to tight timescales, balance priorities

  • Analytical skills and problem solving.

  • Use of analytical tools (such as but not exclusively) – Excel, BI data warehouse, etc…

  • Proactive approach ensuring:

    • Good attention to detail

    • Ability to manipulate data

    • Flexible with respect to work load and responding to various demands

    • Ensure compliance of data at all times
