Main responsibilities and activities

 

In the Manufacturing Science & Technology (MS&T) Department we are looking for a brilliant profile reporting to the MS&T Team Leader with the following responsibilities and activities:

 

  • Plan and execute laboratory activities with the aim of improving the existing processes in terms of yield, cycle time and robustness.
  • Assure successful implementation of the proposed process changes supervising the activities in production and pilot plant.
  • Plan and execute troubleshooting activities on existing products.
  • Assure closure of the assigned CAPAs on time and support CCM approval collaborating with relevant site functions.
  • Synthesis, isolation and purification of process impurities, STD and analytical markers.
  • Use test execution for new suppliers approval.
  • Plan and execute laboratory activities to support technology transfer and new products introduction. 
  • Write technical reports to support process changes and DMF submission.

Requirements

 

  • Phd or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry and CTF
  • Preferably 2 years of experience in MS&T/R&D in API manufacturing company
  • Proactive approach
  • Teamwork capability and target oriented attitude 
  • Good level of English and Italian both written and spoken
