Main responsibilities

 

•Responsible of all assigned site projects as program manager.
•Provide project management expertise, developing project plans and delivering to budget, timescale and scope.
•Determine and define project scope and objectives.
•Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
•Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
•Create a consolidated budget for projects under responsibility and support the project.
•Deliver to budget, timescale and scope.
•Track project costs in order to meet budget.
•Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
•Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
•Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables.
•Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
•Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
•Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
•Lead project activities execution within cross-functional sub-teams.
•Make sure the projects and program status is routinely tracked, risks are timely identified and managed and relevant issues are escalated to site and global management for decision.
•Prepare Gantt Charts and maintain action logs.
•Support the development implementation of one or more elements of the site strategy for relevant projects in collaboration with project leaders and the site leadership.
•Develop and track relevant project KPIs and communicate project progress, risks and issues to stakeholders, including timely provision of project reports / dashboards and inputs to relevant budget/financial other systems.
•Represent the projects to the appropriate boards.

Requirement

 

Education and experience:
•Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field.
•Previous experience of project management.
•Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
•Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
•Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
•Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
•Excellent analytical skills.
•Strong interpersonal skills.
•Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
•Knowledge of Technical and Quality Pharma standards and Processes.
•Good knowledge of business processes and the ability to work in teams.
•Experience of successful interaction with internal and external customers.

 

Languages:
•English (fluently spoken and written).
•Other languages are preferable.
