Qualifications

Education-MS in immunology or related discipline and experience from academic or industry setting (biotech or pharma), with evidence of significant contributions to immunotherapeutic drug discovery. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree but extensive industry experience will also be considered.

Requirements-

  • Direct experience with a broad range of immunological techniques, including isolation and stimulation of primary immune cells, multi-color flow cytometry, immune cell-based assay development, ELISA, Luminex/multiplex assays, immune histology, real-time PCR
  • Well-developed organizational, creative problem solving and collaborative skills
  • Must be self-motivated and proactive, able to multi-task, and detail oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective listening and interpersonal skills

 

  • Preferred experience-
  • Prior experience and training in tumor immunology and/or T cell biology/or innate immunity
  • Prior experience working with immune histology and tissue sectioning and staining desirable
  • Prior experience in basic molecular biology techniques
  • Expertise in human immunology is highly desirable
