The opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced PA / Commercial Support Manager CZ&SK to support the General Manager and lead a smaller team of Commercial Support Specialists across the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This is a key role combining executive support, office operations management, team leadership, and budget responsibility.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Managing the GM’s calendar and business travel
  • Organizing major internal events (e.g., summer conference, Christmas party), including budgeting and execution
  • Coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders
  • Overseeing day-to-day commercial operations of the Prague office, including purchasing
  • Leading and supporting a 5-member team of Commercial Support Specialists in CZ and SK
  • Promoting collaboration and team spirit (in cooperation with Facility Manager)
  • Managing OPEX budgets for GM and Commercial Support cost centers (planning, monitoring, updates)
  • Ensuring full compliance with internal policies and external regulations
  • Reporting any suspected adverse drug reactions within 24 hours
  • Providing support to non-commercial departments when needed

Your experience and qualifications

  • Secondary education with a leaving exam, or a university degree
  • Extensive experience in a similar executive support or office management role
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage
  • Proven team leadership experience
  • Fluency in both Czech or Slovak, and English
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
  • Solid understanding of compliance requirements and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
