The opportunity

We are looking for a motivated candidate for the role of Data analyst and Continuous Improvement trainee

As a Data analyst and Continuous Improvement Trainee, you will support organizational transformation projects within Teva Portugal. Your responsibilities will include to propose, track and support change initiatives, including the review, documentation and optimization of internal processes. Additionally, you will cooperate in data analysis projects and initiatives to support needs of the business and to build on existing KPIs.

This position is suited for a junior professional / newly graduate with some knowledge of or interest in the Pharmaceutical Industry, along with good data analysis skills and a passion for process design and for driving organizational improvement every day.

 

Work languages: Portuguese & English.

How you’ll spend your day

o    Drive and collaborate with multiple projects pertaining to data management and analytics (i.e. KPI setup and tracking, database management, etc);
o    Support the assessment of current business processes;
o    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, using data analytics & KPIs;
o    Track the execution of improvement initiatives in line with the broader vision for change and organizational goals;
o    When applicable, lead and implement improvement initiatives across the organization;
o    Monitor the effectiveness of the initiatives after implementation;

Your experience and qualifications

•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business/Economics/Management, Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, etc).
•    Proficiency in data analysis tools
•    Proficiency in English
•    Previous exposure to the Pharmaceutical Industry in Portugal and understanding of key business processes is a plus
