The opportunity

The Clinical Science Liaison (CSL) is a key member of the Field Medical Affairs team, serving as a scientific expert and strategic partner. This role focuses on building and sustaining relationships with advanced practice providers (APPs) to effectively communicate and advance Teva’s scientific initiatives in alignment with the broader Medical Strategy.
CSLs facilitate educational and scientifically balanced exchanges with advanced practice providers, interdisciplinary teams, and healthcare decision-makers across academic institutions, behavioral health settings, and long-term care environments. 

How you’ll spend your day

•    Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with Advanced Practice Providers across diverse healthcare settings
•    Identify educational gaps and deliver tailored presentations and resources to address those needs
•    Partner with advanced professional organizations (e.g., APNA, ACHA, GAPNA, AAPA) at national, regional, and state levels to support shared educational goals
•    Stay informed on current literature and research within relevant therapeutic areas to enable impactful scientific discussions
•    Represent Teva professionally at selected medical and advanced practice conferences, gathering insights and sharing knowledge
•    Provide strategic input and recommendations for tools and resources to enhance CSL field activities
•    Ensure timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, reports, and assigned projects
•    Offer clinical and scientific support to internal cross-functional teams as needed

Note: This role requires significant travel (up to 60–70%), including potential evening and weekend commitments

Territory includes: (PA, OH, NJ, MD, DE, DC, VA, WV, NC)

Your experience and qualifications

Required Qualifications
•    Advanced degree in Nursing (MSN, DNP, PhD) or Physician Assistant (PA)
•    Clinical experience in Psychiatry or Movement Disorders (preferred)
•    Background in long-term care settings (preferred)
•    Candidates are encouraged to maintain active licensure and certification in advanced practice, as required by state regulations
•    Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
•    Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
•    Confident and effective presentation skills, with experience delivering clinical education in professional settings
•    Excellent organizational and project management capabilities
•    Ability to work independently while fostering cross-functional collaboration
•    Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, field-based environment
•    Strong business acumen with the ability to translate clinical insights into strategic territory plans that drive engagement
Preferred Qualifications
•    Minimum of 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams and Excel
