Job Description

Primary purpose and function of this position

IT TGO lead is responsible for E2E operations of IT Delivery, projects and day to day activities in the respective geographies. Accountable for the stakeholder management and business relationships, implement IT startegy in the relevant ares, accountable for local applications E2E.

 Major Duties and Responsibilities

Trusted partner to Teva Executive Management Member and senior leaders in Global TGO

Member of the Global IT Leadership team. Position requires high-level of collaboration with entire Global IT leadership team.

Accountable for manging, planning and executing the IT TGO strategy in alignment with the global IT strategy and supported Business unit strategy

Provide leadership to the IT unit leaders and employees

Deliver IT projects and day to day IT services and activities in the respective area including budget, resources, vendor management and execution in time and quality to meet the business needs

E2E accountability for the geographies country local applications, including support and service.

Ensure adherence and compliance to standardized methods, tools, procedures and policies established by the global and corporate teams

 

Qualifications

Understanding of Pharmacutical Operations business processes and solutions

Deep background in Manufacturing/Supply chain/Quality

Deep understanding in manufacturing IT solutions

Proven global experience in leadeing large scale IT units and stake holders management

Proven experience in managing  project planing,  methodology,  budget  and AOP 

Leading teams & Senior leaders

Travel Requirements

This position requires international travels as needed
