Job Description

This role will support the development of individual site strategies in alignment with overall network goals.

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Support regional and site functions in the development of long range site plans through clear communication of site strategy & network assumptions
  • Work with Strategy Analytics & Product Strategy to coordinate & collate provision of long range data to regions/site (i.e. Portfolio/Technology) in support of mid-long term planning.
  • Analyze & interpret data trends. Formulate insights & recommendations.
  • Monitor performance/projections to determine if changes are required
  • Work with global, regional & site functions to facilitate identification of key initiatives & capabilities required to execute the site plan
  • Provide input to Network/Product Strategy analyses & recommendations as required
  • Minimum BSc or equivalent
  • 7+ years' experience in site operations leadership roles (Part of a Site management)- must
  • 2-3 years' experience in global related functions - must
  • Deep operational knowledge e.g. manufacturing, supply chain, tech ops, GMP
  • Understanding of operations finance (e.g. cash flow, capex, costing etc.).
  • Advanced English
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and act tactically.
  • Strong conceptual/analytical quantitative skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effective influencing and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
