Job Description

The TAPI GSC Supply Planner works with sites to ensure smooth supply for 3P & Teva customers in alignment with TAPI KPI’s targets, on-time delivery of launches, NPI or key product changes. She/He is the key facilitator from an above-site perspective for the S&OP process, capacity planning and other Supply processes within her/his sites

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Mgmt.: create alignment between site and global functions in the organization, customers (3P & Teva Pharma) and management. Manage close interaction and routines to align and monitor supplies, changes implementation, adjust production plan and overcome gaps
  • New products: end to end project management of new products implementation in TAPI production sites while ensuring adherence to TAPI and customer's submission plan
  • Launch products: build and monitor on the execution plan to overcome capacity challenges, cost and robustness gaps prior to launch. Manage and follow up activities with production sites and interphases while supporting customer's needs
  • Change Management: end to end management of changes implementation (site transfers, exit products, process changes, and new KRM supplier). Participation in site change control board, built an execution plan while considering RA implication, production and customers constrains, coordinate and follow up activities until full implementation
  • S&OP: manage monthly cycle routines with his/her sites as part of TAPI S&OP process, identify bottle necks and create mitigation plan in order to maximize revenues
  • Life cycle management using systems such as PS-Next, CRM and KIT for routine activities management and reports
  • Inventory: support sites meeting inventory level targets defined based on product segmentation aligned with Commercial (both 3P & Pharma)
Qualifications
  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering
  • 3-4 years of Supply Chain management experience, at site and/or in a Global Supply Chain role (e.g., short/long term planning)- must
  • Understanding of RA requirements
  • Experience from the pharmaceutical industry- a significant advantage
