Job Description

Responsibilities include scheduling, coordinating and performing internal audits in assigned areas to determine the effectiveness of internal controls, efficiency of operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures and the legislations.

This position will assist the audit team leaders in establishing and implementing a Global Integrated Audit Program that is consistent with Teva's Guidelines and Policies, Teva’s Code of Business Conduct, and Global Anti-bribery/Anti-corruption Laws and Regulations.

Qualifications

Education Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Accounting or related business discipline (i.e. law, criminal or forensic sciences, IT, etc.).

Experience Preferred: Minimum of three (3) years of full-time experience in internal audit, external audit, law or Compliance.

Big 4 Accounting Firm, and/or International Compliance and/or Legal experience with emphasis on Compliance specific to PhRMA Code and FCPA including Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery, and experience within Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences industry.

Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Hebrew (reading and writing).  Additional language skills a plus.

Strong oral, written and presentation skills, able to make persuasive, logical arguments.

Specialized or Technical Knowledge Licenses, Certifications Recommended:

Professional certification (i.e. CPA, CMA, CIA, CFE, CISA, CRMA, CRISC, CSA, etc.). Other certifications in related field are also a plus.

Functional Knowledge: Advanced skills in collecting and analyzing complex data, evaluating risk, drawing logical conclusions and presentation of results.

Computer skills including extensive knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Experience in SAP and/or Oracle and/or Priority - An advantage.

Company/Industry Related Knowledge: Knowledge of and skill in applying audit principles and practices, preferred business practices and concepts, and common indicators of fraud; in global operations within the pharmaceutical industry.

Travel Requirements: Ability to travel extensively internationally, (approx. 25%).
