The opportunity
As the Manager of Business Performance & Analytics within Teva’s Biosimilars In-Line division, you will play a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making and ensuring the commercial success of our biosimilar therapies. Reporting directly to the Director of Biosimilars Inline Management, you will be responsible for monitoring market dynamics, evaluating business performance, and providing actionable insights that inform strategic decisions. This position requires a blend of strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
How you’ll spend your day
Key Responsibilities
1. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Track, analyze, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for biosimilar products in the in-line portfolio.
• Develop dashboards and reports that provide transparency into sales performance, market share, and competitive activity.
2. Business Analytics & Insights
• Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and payer analyses to identify opportunities and risks.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that support marketing, sales, and pricing strategies.
3. Financial & Commercial Forecasting
• Support the development of revenue forecasts and performance projections.
• Partner with Finance to evaluate business performance against strategic goals and budgets.
4. Strategic Decision Support
• Provide analytical support for commercial strategy, product launches, and lifecycle management decisions.
• Model different market scenarios to assess potential business outcomes and recommend strategic adjustments.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and Medical Affairs teams to provide insights that enhance commercial execution.
• Align business analytics with regulatory, compliance, and patient access requirements.
6. Process Optimization
• Continuously evaluate data management and reporting processes to improve accuracy, efficiency, and accessibility.
• Implement best practices in business performance tracking and predictive analytics.
7. Stakeholder Communication
• Deliver clear and concise presentations of business insights to senior management and cross-functional partners.
• Provide recommendations that inform short-term tactics and long-term strategic initiatives.
Your experience and qualifications
• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in pharmaceutical business analytics, commercial operations, business performance management, or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical markets, preferably oncology and/or biosimilars.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Excel).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed organization and influence without direct authority.
Compensation Data
The annual starting salary for this position is between $128,000 – $160,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
