The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Director, Human Resources (HR Business Partner) Operations to support our key operations leaders across our Teva Global Operations organization (TGO). Reporting to the SVP, HRBP Global Operations, this role drives the people strategy for key functions and employees across our 15,000 Teva Global Operations employees across a 35-site global network undergoing major transformation to meet our pivot to growth strategy.


You will partner closely with our operations executives and their teams. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape organizational design, capability, culture, and talent during a period of accelerated change in a global innovative pharmaceutical and generics enterprise.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Serve as strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across Global Operations.
  • Lead people strategies supporting large-scale transformation, organizational redesign, and capability building.
  • Drive workforce planning, leadership development, succession, and talent management.
  • Champion change management initiatives and culture evolution to support operational excellence.
  • Guide employee relations and ensure consistent HR practices across a global, multi-site dispersed employee network.
  • In directly lead and mentor a high-performing HRBP team supporting multiple executive stakeholders.
  • Partner with HR COEs to deliver integrated talent, reward, and organizational solutions.
  • Use data and workforce insights to inform decisions and improve organizational performance.

Your experience and qualifications

Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.

 

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 12 years of progressive HR leadership experience; experience as a senior HRBP.
  • Strong background supporting Global Operations is required.
  • Pharma, generics, biotech, or other highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success leading HR strategy through large-scale highly complex, intense fast speed, transformation.
  • Experience working in global, matrixed, multi-site organizations.
  • Strong influencing skills and experience partnering with executive leaders.
  • Expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development.

Compensation Data

The annual starting salary for this position is between $227,000 – 298,000 annually.  Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
