Job Description

Teva is searching for a Field Account Sr Manager Digital Health to join our Digital Health sales team.  This position is a newly created role within the Digital Health Sales Team.   The objective of this role is to build a team of Field Account Representatives that have the ability to pull through an IDN/ Market access status in a given geography.  The Account Manager will hire, onboard, and coach a regional team comprised of 2-8 Key account managers. This individual will possess an understanding of organizational objectives and align resources appropriately to meet those objectives. While pursuing their goals, the incumbent will uphold the culture and values of Teva in all interactions and business matters.  The Assoc Director will build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial networks/relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. 


The following areas of responsibility are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any candidate. Any nonessential functions are assumed to be included in other related duties or assignments. 

•    Identify, recruit, coach, and retain top talent for the Digital Health field sales Team.
•    Possess a thorough understanding of IDN’s and Market Access in order to effectively coach the team to exceed assigned sales goals
•    Participate in joint customer calls or individuals calls within the given IDN or community based HCP’s to educate and pull through the status of the Digital Health portfolio of products
•    Develop effective business plans to meet and exceed sales goals
•    Coach/train their team on business analytics and execution of the results of those analytics to identify and grow key business opportunities
•    Collaborate with sales leadership, other Teva sales teams, market access, sales operations, and training to insure the Account managers have the resources to be effective in their roles
•    Adhere to all Teva compliance guidelines, operate with integrity, and ensure the sales team adheres to these policies
•    Review weekly/monthly data reports to identify sales trends and make strategic decisions to exceed assigned sales goals
•    Coach team on the execution of the defined call plan for each Key Account manager 
•    Coach team towards success, providing appropriate counseling, encouragement, and oversight to ensure effective execution of brand strategy
•    Partner with Head of Sales to create and deliver impactful business updates to Teva Sr. leadership


Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. 

•    Bachelor's degree required 
•    7 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
•    3 + years of pharmaceutical first line sales management or related people management 
•    Experience in Digital sales/ respiratory therapeutic category areas preferred
•    Experience in sales leadership positions within IDN’s, market access or hospital sales preferred

•    Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments and proficiency with technology 
•    Understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull through strategies as well as experience in all pertinent settings of business 
•    A record of successfully achieving sales goals and building, coaching and developing effective sales team.

Up to 75% travel may be required which will include air travel, overnight travel and may include occasional weekend travel
