Job Description

You will work across the Third Party Operations (TPO) supply chain network to lead all Supply Chain analytics and Continuous Improvement Productivity Projects within the TPO Supply Chain.  You will work with both internal customers and 3rd party manufacturing and packaging partners to optimize Working Capital, Customer Delivery, and Cost through the use of Continuous Improvement, predictive analytics, and Processes Optimization.  Supporting the leadership teams and stakeholders with Supply Chain analysis, insights and data support which enable direct understanding and impact on operations. Responsible for the annual TPO volume operating plan, portfolio rationalization (pruning) cycle, and improvement projects.  This position is also responsible for leading the monthly supply chain analytics program within the S&OP process.


Key Responsibilities:
•    Support Growth and Drive to meet critical AOP targets for Working Capital, Cash, Cost, & Customer Delivery performance
•    Partner with Supply Chain, IT, and other internal stakeholders to develop and lead a predictive analytics program that will enable productivity and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
•    Deliver standard supply chain KPI reporting (service levels, back orders, inventory, volumes) in support of S&OP processes, operations, proactive risk mitigation, and decision making.
•    Lead weekly & monthly back order, service level and inventory meetings  with Supply Chain teams
•    Develop predictive analytics & dashboards to identify potential future risks/opportunities and mitigation plans (RCCA)
•    Project lead for TPO global annual volume plan (Supply Chain AOP)
•    Maintain core databases – input to TPO Connect, Performance Dashboard, SC Data Warehouse, ea.
•    Lead supply chain data quality improvement – continuous cleansing effort
•    Support adhoc data requests from both internal and external stakeholders
•    Collaborate with Supply Chain Center of Excellence to improve service and inventory reporting tools 
•    Assist where necessary to resolve supply chain issues and remove roadblocks. 
•    Other projects & responsibilities as required 

Qualifications

Education:

  • BS degree in a Scientific, Technical, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business discipline; Master Degree desirable
  • APICS Certification, PMP, or other professional qualification in Supply Chain preferred

 

Experience:

  • 5+ years supply chain experience or plant operations experience in a regulated industry, pharma or OTC pharma environment preferred. 
  • Strong influence, collaboration, and communication skills to all levels of Management are a must
  • Strong analytics skills, including the ability to think differently about the data which may lead to less obvious conclusions.
  • Project management skills in Supply Chain, IT, and data related projects
  • Ability to work in a Matrix organization, expertise on leading / driving change, and ability to mentor new leaders or peers
  • Self-starter and self-finisher with high motivation & energy level
  • Experience with master data, SAP, planning, MRP software
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (pivots and macro’s), Access, and PowerPoint (Thinkcell)
  • Experience with analytics software, such as Qlick View or Tableau preferred
