The Senior Manager, Field Sales Reporting leads the strategy, development, on-going operations, and optimization of field sales dashboards and reporting. This role partners with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, and IT to deliver accurate, compliant, timely, and actionable insights to inform and support field execution, performance management, and strategic decision-making for all levels of the Innovative Medicines sales organization.
The position combines strong technical and data expertise with good communication skills and business acumen to streamline and elevate reporting processes, enhance data & report quality, and enable a data driven culture.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
This is a hybrid position based in Parsippany, NJ. The selected candidate will be expected to work onsite in the Parsippany office 2-3 days per week.

- Lead the development and delivery of field sales reporting, dashboards, and performance KPIs to support commercial and field sales decision-making
- Own the design, build, and ongoing optimization of scalable dashboards and reports in partnership with IT and data teams
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, high-impact reporting solutions that drive usability, insights, and decision making
- Establish and manage reporting frameworks to track sales performance, territory effectiveness, and key KPIs
- Lead field communication and change management for field sales reporting initiatives, partnering with Sales Training to plan and execute effective rollouts that drive adoption and field readiness
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity through strong governance, validation, and cross-functional alignment
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and influence strategy through data-driven recommendations
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling insights to inform senior leadership and support strategic deep-dives
- Drive continuous improvement and transformation of reporting capabilities, including automation, and tool enhancements
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment while fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and insight‑driven decision‑making
Your Skills and Experience
Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education/Certification/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in reporting & business analytics specifically in the sales or commercial operations or related areas
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare industry experience required
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Required advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL; Python experience preferred
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical data sources (e.g., IQVIA, SHS, specialty pharmacy data) required
- Previous people management experience preferred

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Approximately 5-10% travel throughout the US
Salary Range
The annual starting salary for this position is between $125,000 – $164,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
