Job Description

The Sr. Manager, Consumer Experience role is to develop and implement consumer engagement plans that are built to optimize the reach and engagement of patients and caregivers with our brands. The Consumer Experience lead should provide strategic insight on market digital engagement trends and develop omni-channel plans that help achieve brand goals. They will work collaboratively with Consumer Strategy lead and cross-functional team members, as well as agencies to execute effective engagement plans based on clear performance indicators.

  • Together with key brand and agency partners, provide insights and strategies to optimize customer reach and customer experience
  • Manage media agency partner relationship, including brand planning and budget
  • Collaborative build and manage media flowchart, ensuring key agency partners are remaining on strategy, on time, and on budget
  • Leads the collaborative development of the creative matrix, owns and holds agencies accountable to executing the matrix and measuring performance per the matrix KPIs
  • Engage Multichannel Marketing  operations subject matter experts when appropriate and hold them accountable to agreed upon deliverables
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure all digital tactics are developed on schedule and launched effectively
  • Identify and communicate consumer engagement best practices by channel
  • Measure and report on omni-channel performance against KPIs and hold key stakeholders accountable to continuous improvement
  • Ability to move in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible to shifting priorities 


Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. 


  • Minimum of 5  years of experience with increasing responsibilities in data-driven marketing, CRM, and marketing automation, and media. Consumer TV Media experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Brand, Multi-Channel, Digital marketing, Media, and Strategic planning experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a must.
  • Must understand media measurement, and be able to develop and lead Key Performance Indicators using Crossix and Dataroma



  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and build consensus across the teams
  • Ability to review various data sets and conduct analysis 
  • Embedding multi-channel marketing strategy into brand strategies for new and existing commercial products

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: Approximately 20% domestic travel throughout the US and Canada.
