Manage the delivery of IT Services in support of the Commercial Operations for the US business. The key focus area for this role is the technical support of the Revenue Management (RM) systems and related interfaces supporting the business processes for the US Generic and Branded businesses.
The incumbent will help define the architecture of the Model N Flex Platform and related interfaces and technologies at Teva. S/He will work with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, Model N and other resources to establish strategies and roadmaps for delivery of the Revenue Management solution at Teva. The Senior Manager will also deliver, and/or support the delivery of, projects/initiatives related to Revenue Management domain, resolve operational issues, ensure the application’s integrity and availability to sustain day to day operations with a focus on the application’s interfaces and integrations.
Additionally, the incumbent will develop effective working relationships with the business, and be expected to work with the business to reengineer business processes and manage change into the organization.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Technical Lead: Serve as the Technical Lead and Subject Matter Expert responsible for solutions delivery and support of Model N based platforms and systems interfaces. Lead technical design and requirements gathering. Develop technical documents and provide architectural recommendations and design guidance across Revenue Management systems and technologies, ensuring solutions are sustainable and meet technical standards. Design and develop high quality and scalable application code using Java ,SQL, PL/SQL, Unix shell scripting , etc.
• Develop Business Relationships: Create effective relationships with business stakeholders to ensure expectation management and alignment of team priorities with the business.
• Create Value: Work with the business and IT management to identify areas of opportunity/need, and then develop them into initiatives that deliver measureable value. Provide process context and prioritization and work with Model N to establish strategies and roadmaps for delivery. Maintain current knowledge of industry and business process trends and influence business leaders in defining business process optimizations with a focus towards efficiency, automation and innovation. Apply industry best practice thinking, waterfall and agile methodologies, and other innovation/continuous improvement techniques to make measurable improvements to our business.
• IT Improvement and Innovation: As an IT individual contributor, the incumbent is expected to contribute independent ideas, proposals, and projects for improving the efficiency, effectiveness, and value of IT at Teva.
• Sustain Operations: Support the business stakeholders in their day-to-day operations providing the highest levels of service and maintaining a stable operating environment. Coordinate with infrastructure, IT Security and other internal, IT support functions to maintain system stability while minimizing business impact of routine and non-routine IT maintenance activities. Work to resolve issues and ensure the application’s integrity and availability to sustain day to day operations with a focus on the application’s interfaces.
• Vendor Management: Will have some exposure working with external vendors and may be required to manage vendor relationships at a resource level and facilitate their interactions with your business clients.

Your Skills and Experience
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree Required
Experience:
• Must have 8+ years’ experience working in Pharmaceuticals Industry with at least 6 years’ experience in one or more areas of Commercial IT. Some experience or exposure to US Generics Pharma business is required.
• Must have functional expertise with configuration of Model N Flex platform and experience supporting operations in one or more modules, such as RM, Medicaid, MDM and Validata.
• Must have strong understanding of two or more Revenue Management business processes related to pricing and contract administration, chargeback processing, rebate claim validation (both sales-based and utilization-based) and/or rebate processing.
• Must have strong technical and functional expertise with Model N Flex technical architecture, internal job scheduling and OOB Connectors.
• Must have strong knowledge and hands-on development experience in Java, SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX and Cognos.
• Must have strong experience supporting complex, multi-system, end-to-end integrations in a dynamic production environment with ability to troubleshoot across systems.
• Must possess good communication skills and be able to convey technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills
Salary Range
The annual starting salary for this position is between $124,000 – $155,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
