Manage the delivery of IT Services in support of the Commercial Operations for the US business.
This role will be responsible for delivering technology solutions that enable Market Access, Pricing, Contracting, and Value Demonstration capabilities. This role focuses on excellence in solution delivery and driving digital innovation to support patient access and payer strategies.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Solution Delivery & Enablement
Lead the implementation and support of platforms and tools for:
• Manage end-to-end delivery of IT solutions for pricing, contracting, and market access platforms; Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements.
• Provide hands on technical expertise, oversight guidance to delivery teams
• Function as the solution architect for IT solutions delivered to support payer analytics
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.
Data & Analytics
Partner with Data & Analytics teams to enable access to syndicated and customer data.
Support the development of dashboards and visualizations for payer insights, pricing trends, and access performance metrics.
Ensure data quality, integration, and compliance with regulatory and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Commercial, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Legal teams to ensure technology solutions meet cross-functional needs.
Support digital initiatives that enhance payer value propositions and evidence dissemination.
Vendor & Project Management
Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and technology partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
Lead project planning, execution, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption and business impact.
Your Skills and Experience
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
Experience:
• 8+ years of IT or digital experience, with at least 3–5 years supporting Market Access, HEOR, or Pricing & Contracting in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Experience with payer data, RWE platforms, and value-based healthcare technologies.
• Skills:
• Strong understanding of the U.S. and global market access environment.
• Familiarity with tools such as Model N, Revitas, SAS, Databricks, Tableau, and cloud-based data platforms.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to healthcare data.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting specialty or rare disease products.
• Familiarity with AI/ML applications in pricing, access analytics, or RWE.
• Certifications in Agile, PMP, or ITIL frameworks.
Salary Range
The annual starting salary for this position is between $124,000 – $155,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
