Job Description

The Senior Manager, Marketing position is within the Digital Health and Innovation team.  The primary role is to identify and recommend relevant programs and tactics as a part of the Integrated Multi-Channel Customer Strategy and Plan to pull through Brand Strategies and create meaningful and differentiated customer experiences for a variety of customer types (HCP, Patient/Consumer, etc.) for in-line US brands. This individual works closely with the US brand teams, internal cross-functional partners and external agency partners to develop multi-channel strategies and  manage all phases of execution, and measurement for the tactical plans. The Senior Manager, Marketing also plays a key role in generating insights in order to drive ongoing optimization of brand campaigns and continual alignment of plans and strategies with brand objectives, goals and budgets.

  • Able to translate brand strategies into compelling multi-channel marketing opportunities that best fit these strategies and plans driven by industry trends, customer insight, and analytics

  • Influences the business approach to integrated multi-channel management


Be a great partner

  • Provides clear and firm direction to agencies and internal partners for channel mix selection, content development and tactical delivery


Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. 


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with increasing responsibilities in data-driven marketing, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
  • Brand, Multi-Channel, Digital marketing, Media, and Strategic planning experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry is a must.



  • Strong ability to build cross-functional consensus.
  • Embedding multi-channel marketing strategy into brand strategies for new and existing commercial products.


Designs, develops and implements marketing programs and strategies to support the organization's products, services or market sector. Uses specific marketing strategies and media (e.g., Internet, press, television, radio) to launch and position products and services in a sector. Identifies and implements marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with sales and technical teams.
