The Senior Manager, Marketing – HCP Non-Personal Promotion will lead all Non-Personal (Multichannel and Omnichannel) promotion and administration across the Health Care Provider (HCP) customer base with a focus on CNS (Movement Disorders / Tourette Syndrome / Bipolar Disorder / Schizophrenia). The role partners with cross-functional team leaders including sales, sales operations, finance, medical, market insights and procurement. In addition, the role is charged with problem solving, identifying issues and opportunities within a given market, developing strategies, and working with internal and external partners to create strategic and operational plans.  The position leads HCP non personal creative and messaging with campaign evolution over time and is responsible for mobilizing all cross functional partners to ensure consistency in execution and measurement across the plan.

⦁    Drive brand HCP Non-Personal tactical planning and execution of HCP Non-Personal marketing initiatives in alignment with the overarching portfolio strategy.
⦁    Own financial management for the non-personal tactics and media, including budget management, management of agency spend, and setting up measurement of results. 
⦁    Work with HCP Personal Promotion lead to create core HCP messaging and creative in partnership with agency of record and media agencies while ensuring alignment with brand strategy.
⦁    Own creative and messaging associated with the brand and ensures alignment with broader portfolio strategy.
⦁    Acts as the HCP launch lead for all HCP non-personal promotion (NPP) initiatives.
⦁    Lead creative and execution for HCPs for NPP
⦁    Develop and execute tactical plans for NPP to support disease education and activation aligned to strategies, market landscape, and input from key stakeholders across organization.  
⦁    Develop business cases to support additional budget and resources required to address opportunities for brand growth.
⦁    Work collaboratively with HCP marketing team to ensure flawless execution and measurement of the annual operating plan.
⦁    Partner with KOL Strategy and Congress Planning on marketing programs including convention activities, and interactions with patient advocacy groups. 
⦁    Manage key vendors and budgets (overall and individual projects) to achieve defined targets.      
⦁    Analyze market data and information to help inform tactical and strategic decision making.
⦁    Lead and participate in sales and marketing planning meetings.
⦁    Proactively identify obstacles to brand growth and works collaboratively to resolve them. 
⦁    Manage budgets and timelines to achieve defined targets.
⦁    Partner with Customer Insight group to refine market research plans and establishing standardized, aligned performance metrics and ROI analytics.

Your Skills and Experience

Any equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered. 

Education/Certification/Experience:
⦁    Education/Certification/Experience:
⦁    Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
⦁    A minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical experience 
⦁    A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical non personal / media marketing experience or equivalent

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
⦁    Strong pharmaceutical industry knowledge and therapeutic area business acumen.  
⦁    Experience and understanding of all media and non-personal promotion components that support the building of a diverse HCP branded and unbranded promotional plan
⦁    Able to draw insights from variety of sources, understand market and competition. Compiles relevant data from appropriate sources and performs analysis for the department. Synthesizes complex and diverse information, recognizes trends and/or interrelationships.
⦁    Ability to meet objectives and deadlines, promote efficiency and effectiveness, and incorporate improvements and program return on investment (ROI). 
⦁    Project management experience and the ability to manage and coordinate projects with multiple internal stakeholders and vendors.
⦁    Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required. 
⦁    Versed in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.

Approximately 25% domestic travel throughout the US.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

Occasional:
⦁    Sitting for extended periods of time at work station or mobile equipment.

Visual Acuity:
⦁    Perform activities such as computer work, preparing and analyzing data, and extensive reading.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

⦁    May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed on site visits (i.e. safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.).

Salary Range

he annual starting salary for this position is between $132,880-174,405 annually.  Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
