Job Description

The Senior Director, Global Marketing is a newly created role as Teva continues to grow in the generic space. While reporting to the VP Global Insights, Access & Technologies, you will be responsible for the effective development and execution of brand strategy, position and key messages.  As the key contact for the US team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead monthly performance calls, where you will identify key issues and actions to address gaps and implement on opportunities on a global level.
With your competitor intelligence you will identify key threats, opportunities and bringing together into clear competitor strategy. Driving the understanding and implementation of this strategy in the markets. 

 

Having a strong understudying of how digital data and science play a critical role on the impact of treatment management and outcomes, you will lead the development of the annual global brand plan. .
 
Additional responsibilities:

  • Lead Strategic and Operational Marketing investment planning process to maximize the potential of the overall portfolio
  • Develop annual integrated Evidence plans, as the Global lead working in collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Lead overall resourcing and staffing planning
  • Ensuring the transfer of relevant US insights to other markets to accelerate brand strategy development and execution
  • The commercial input to forecasting activities including plan and Long-Range Forecast (LRF)
  • Producing quarterly Investor Relation briefing documents alongside the US team
  • Leadership of the brand peer to peer strategy, championing innovation and learnings from other brands
  • Effectively working with Customer Insight Director to ensure insights are considered, discussed and acted on when appropriate.
  • Being the key contact for all regional leads providing guidance and support on strategy pull-through
  • Responsibility to deliver results and create and drive the team to achieve business metrics using KPIs including content delivery performance.
  • Excellent cross-functional working with medical, market access and other teams to ensure delivery of key brand strategy and plans and management of budgets
Qualifications

 What you’ll bring to the role:
 

  • Experience within the Respiratory therapy area required
    In depth understanding of building and launching Global Brands in life-sciences and launch strategy and implementation
  • Ability to support and challenge in discussions with markets while working cross-functionally with a range of stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and delivering, situational risk assessment as well as a strong drive in achieving high performance and goals
  • Prior franchise/product/country P&L responsibility and/ or responsibility for the execution of commercial strategy for physicians and payers.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to inform and validate decisions
     

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor of Science  or similar degree is required.  An advanced degree (Masters, Doctorate, or similar degree) is preferred
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience as a marketing and/or market access leader that includes the launch and commercialization of innovative, first-in-class specialty pharmaceutical products in more than one country across your career.
