The opportunity
Senior Director, Global Communications & Change Leadership, Teva Global Operations (TGO), is responsible for developing and executing global communications strategies and leading change management initiatives that support enterprise priorities and drive organizational transformation. This role partners with leadership, cross-functional teams, and global colleagues to ensure consistent messaging, stakeholder engagement, and successful adoption of change across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading global communications, managing complex change efforts, global operations leadership and corporate communications and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
How you’ll spend your day
- Develop and implement comprehensive global communications strategies that align with enterprise objectives and support organizational transformation initiatives.
- Lead the design and execution of change management programs to facilitate successful adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural shifts across the organization.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, cross-functional teams, and regional colleagues to ensure consistent messaging and effective communication throughout all levels of the organization.
- Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring alignment of key messages, brand voice, and stakeholder engagement across multiple channels and geographies.
- Drive employee engagement through transparent, timely, and impactful communication initiatives that foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of communications and change management strategies, leveraging analytics to inform future actions and optimize outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change, proactively addressing concerns and providing guidance to leaders and teams during periods of transition.
- Champion best practices in communications and change leadership, staying current on industry trends and leveraging new digital tools to enhance reach and impact.
Your experience and qualifications
Any equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience that fulfills the requirements of the position will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years in global communications, internal engagement, change management/communication experience, operations (including manufacturing) and corporate communications prowess with at least 5 years in a global role.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional communications and change management programs in a global, matrixed environment.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams across regions and time zones.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, operations and manufacturing, healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred.
- International or domestic travel should be expected up to 10% of the time.
Compensation Data
The annual starting salary for this position is between $224,000 – 294,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
