Job Description

Position Summary:   
The Field Optimization Project Specialist manages key activities, timelines, internal and external stakeholders to enable the execution of all Veeva tactics defined in the brand’s tactical plan. Responsible for interacting with Multichannel Marketing (MCM) stakeholders to define the requirements, timelines and manage the execution of customer engagement tactics for the respective Brand teams. Proactively identifies opportunities to adjust processes for efficiencies, in order to provide high-quality, strategic partnership to brands with greater speed to market.

This position will report to the Assoc. Director, CRM Channel Lead. The MCM team at Teva focuses on building and deploying innovative and efficient marketing channels to enhance the customer experience. The Field Optimization Program Manager manages the delivery of services offered by MCM to various brand teams across Teva Sales & Marketing.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provides support to the Channel Lead for asset development, oversight and deployment of Veeva CRM related tactics (e.g. Rep Triggered Emails, digital sales aids/interactive visual aids, etc) via the Veeva CRM/PromoMats platform.
  • Facilitates the capture of integrated multichannel tactic requirements including, utilization of creative and tactical briefs, business requirement documents and content build kits.
  • Support the IVA content creation process to deliver consistent content and an optimized user experience for rep detailing efforts.
  • Support the loading of approved creative assets into a Digital Asset Management platform to deliver timely and cost-efficient digital content 
  • Engages service providers to communicate and monitor channel/ content standards for tactic design & execution (e.g., content templates, tagging standards, taxonomy).
  • Coordinates across COE channel operations, Brands, and external service providers to ensure timely execution of marketing tactics across channels and maintains efficient project management workflows.
  • Takes the lead in identifying and resolving campaign delivery issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and campaign effectiveness
  • Monitors adherence to content, channel and Privacy guidelines

Qualifications

Education Required: Undergraduate:  BA/BS in applicable discipline
Experience Required:    

  • Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM/PromoMats and Digital Asset Management platforms 
  • 4 year experience in digital marketing environment 
  • 2 year experience working in the Pharmaceutical Industry
  • Executional experience in a multi-channel digital marketing group

  • Understanding of regulations involved with marketing pharmaceutical products

  • Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM/PromoMats and Engage 
  • Project management software a plus (e.g. Workfront)
  • Ability to document processes and procedures
  • Time management
  • Project management reporting activity
