Job Description


Teva is searching for an AD, Launch Management to join our team in Parsippany, NJ!


As our AD, Launch Management, you will be the Global Supply Chain focal point for all operational launch readiness activities at assigned manufacturing site(s). The project scope will be from product selection to 6 months post-launch. This includes development of the launch strategy and operational plan (aligned with Commercial) and monitoring of key milestones through regular site interactions and monthly meetings.

Effective execution of this role involves performing risk management (identification and mitigation) and driving decisions to maintain project plans.


In this role you will:

  • Work with the key stakeholders in the markets and TGO (Teva Global Operations), to prepare the operational launch strategy and plan based on various inputs including:
    • Product information
    • Commercial strategy
    • Demand forecast
    • Sales and profitability targets
    • Regulatory and patent information
    • Suppliers and manufacturing sites


  • Work with manufacturing sites to develop launch timelines accounting for:
    • Equipment
    • Facility
    • Capabilities and skills
    • Key materials sourcing
    • Other operational concerns


  • Operational launch readiness risk management including risk identification, risk analysis and creation of mitigation and contingency plans
  • Prepare and lead annual pipeline reviews with each launching site to present product launch strategy and handover to the site launch manager
  • Lead monthly New Product Introduction meetings with manufacturing sites and provide governance on key milestones and identify needed mitigation plans and decisions.
  • Support the Hand in Hand (HIH) process – attend relevant milestones meetings and collect relevant data for the operational readiness plan
  • Support the commercial/portfolio life cycle management process
  • Perform Lessons Learned on launches to support a culture of continuous improvement



  • Bachelor’s degree required. (Business, Science, or Engineering)
  • 5+ years Project Management experience required (with focus on new products/launches). 7+ years preferred.
  • Experience with Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industries required.
  • 2+ years Supply Chain/Operations experience preferred.
  • Experience collaborating with others in a global matrixed environment.
